- Experience in various flavors of Linux which includes configuring and maintenance of applications on the environment.
- Provide support for Linux servers.
- Build an Elasticsearch cluster and edit the conf file for election process.Use automation tool to setup couch-base.
- Use configuration management tool (puppet) to automate updating the conf file during a version change.Provide solution for environment.
- Automated orchestration with Fabric.
- Build server, Configure and automate the deployment of Linux and VMware infrastructure through our existing Kick/start/Jumpstart infrastructure.
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot local development servers.Provide system administration, operational support.
- Installing ,configuring, administering, tuning and troubleshooting Linux based applications.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Design and deploy networks; Maintain network servers such as file servers, and VPN gateways.
- Experience with interpreted languages (such as Python, Ruby, Perl) and shell scripting (ksh or bash ideal).
- Experience working with leading cloud systems(AWS,Azure,Google Cloud) etc.
- Extensive experience in scripting languages.
Education: Masters in Engineering and 5-years of related work exp. in as Systems Administrator
